Alltag/ Everyday life

Ich dachte ich mache mal einen kurzen Post über meinen Alltag hier, also wann ich aufstehen muss, wann die Schule anfängt usw.

Also unter der Woche wache ich um 6:45 Uhr auf und stehe um 7:15 Uhr auf. Ich gehe dann in die Küche und mache mir mein Frühstück. Dies besteht meistens aus Cornflakes, Porridge oder einem Bagel. Ich setze mich dann ins Wohnzimmer (wir essen NIE am Tisch) und esse mein Frühstück, während ich mir Videos auf YouTube angucke. Ich frühstücke immer alleine, da meine Gasteltern erst später aufstehen müssen. Ich verlasse dann um 8:15 Uhr das Haus und hole Kira ab. Wir gehen dann zusammen die 15min. zur Schule. Die Form time beginnt um 8:35Uhr. Dort wird man registriert und sonst sitzt man eigentlich nur rum. Ich habe dann zwei Stunden Unterricht und dann eine 20minütige Pause. Lunch break ist dann von 12:25- 13:35. Dort esse ich normalerweise mein Lunch, also Brot, Frucht und einen Joghurt und versuche meistens ein paar Hausaufgaben zu machen. Meistens habe ich noch Nachmittagsunterricht. Ich bin dann um kurz vor vier zu Hause und mache dann die restlichen Hausaufgaben, das dauert meistens so eine Stunde. Danach wird dann erstmal entspannt und ab 19 Uhr gehe ich dann meistens ins Wohnzimmer um Fernsehen zu gucken. Um 20 Uhr gibt es dann „Tea“, also die warme Mahlzeit des Tages. Gegen 22 Uhr gehe ich dann schlafen und dann geht der ganze Spaß wieder von vorne los :P

I just wanted to write a short post about my everyday life here. When do I get up, when does school start etc.

My alarm goes off at 6:45 o’clock, but I get up at 7:15. I will then go downstairs to do my breakfast, normally cereals, porridge or a bagel. My host parents aren’t awake when I have my breakfast, that’s why I eat alone in the living room while watching YouTube videos. We never eat in the kitchen, always in the living room. I think I haven’t eaten at a table for ages :O At 8:15 I leave the house to meet with Kira on my way to school. We need around 15min. to walk to school. The first lesson starts at 9:05, but before that we have form time and that starts at 8:35. Then I have two lessons, a small break and another lesson and then at 12:25 lunch break. Normally, I eat then and try to do my homework. Usually I am home at around 4pm and then I do my homework for another hours before I have some time to relax. At 7pm I go downstairs to watch some television before we have our tea at 8pm. Most of the time I am in bed at around 10pm. And then the whole thing starts again on the next day :P
